Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of enterprisepet.shop, the Trip Kit Studio and any supplies offered by ENTERPRIZE PET SUPPLIES LIMITED(“Enterprize Pet”). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we provide

Enterprize Pet is a digital pet trip checklist tool and a retailer of ordinary pet supplies. The Trip Kit Studio generates a suggested Pack / Walk / Rest / Clean packing list based on the options you choose. It is an organisational aid only.

What we do not provide

We do notoffer pet transport services, pet sitting, boarding, insurance, travel certificates, health certificates, import/export documentation, or veterinary advice. Nothing on this site should be read as any of those services or as professional advice. For your pet’s health, always consult a registered veterinary professional.

Using the studio

• Checklist suggestions are general and may not suit every dog or situation.
• You are responsible for deciding what to pack and for your pet’s welfare on any outing.
• You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy it for commercial resale.

Supplies, pricing and orders

Product descriptions and prices are shown in USD and we aim to keep them accurate. Displaying an item is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. A contract is formed only when we confirm an order in writing. Online payment is not yet enabled — payment provider pending — so no charge is made through this site. See Shipping & Returns and our Refund Policy.

Accounts, credits and plans

Building boards is free. Optional credits and the Coastal Plan are described on the Pricing page. Until a payment provider is connected, these are available to register interest only and are not payable.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, imagery and the studio’s design belong to Enterprize Pet or its licensors. You may use the checklists you build for your own personal, non-commercial pet-care purposes.

Liability

The studio is provided “as is” as a planning aid. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made using its suggestions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
